We accept Paypal, and by following the PayPal link, there is options to pay with your credit card. We also accept bank deposits.
We send our orders via New Zealand Post. Larger items are shipped via courier. We also offer a pick-up service if you live locally and would like to arrange a time to collect your order and save on postage.
Once payment is received and has cleared at our end, we endeavor to ship orders within 1-2 business days. However, orders that require a courier, or special request orders can incur longer shipping times. We will defiantly contact you if your order will take longer than the standard shipping time.
We strongly advise all of our customers to request to add shipping insurance when checking out their orders. This way, if a package is lost or damaged by NZ Post, you can lodge an insurance claim. If you choose not to have your order insured, we cannot help you if NZ Post lose or damage your item.
On rare occasions, due to demand of a particular item we may have some items temporarily out of stock. We will contact you between 1-2 days if this is the case, and inform you when the item is due to arrive.
At this point in time, Working K9 Gear is an online store predominately. We hope to attend dog clubs and competition shows in the near-future, where you can contact us in advance to discuss bringing items to size on your dog and purchase.
Working K9 Gear is working towards having a mobile unit, in order to attend more dog clubs and shows in the future, with a large range of products from our online store. You will then be able to approach us and discuss products, sizing and make purchases.
Yes, you can. Please contact us via email or Facebook, to organize a pick up time from our physical address in Maraetai, Auckland.
If you order a product, which doesn’t fit your dog, we will happily exchange it for the right size. Provided of course, that the item is in its original packaging and has not been used or damaged. Postage for exchanges is payable for the customer and please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to exchange it.
